Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your tea purchase from Healthy Diet Tea, you may return it within 60 days from the date of purchase. The unused product must be returned in order to receive a refund. If you received any free product (buy 3 get 1 free) the free box must be returned along with the purchased product.
A return form was included inside your box. This form must be completely filled out when returning your product otherwise it cannot be processed and you will not receive a refund.
For your security, we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping and handling) only to the credit card that was given at the time of purchase. We are unable to refund via any other method.
Once we have submitted your refund, your bank will determine when the credit is posted. This can take anywhere from 72 hours to 30 days. If you have questions regarding the posting of your credit, please call your bank.

Healthy Diet Tea offers Priority Mail delivery from the United States Postal Service (USPS) on all orders.

Order Arrival Time
All Orders are shipped within 72 Hours or less). Healthy Diet Tea does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for USPS delivery to any one of the 48 contiguous states.

Partial Shipments
We do not send out partial shipments. Your customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Therefore it is our goal to promptly fill and ship out your product orders
